Understanding your insurance coverage could be quite challenging as each insurance plan is slightly different in its covered services. Our experienced dental billing staff is available to assit with clarifications, so you would be able to make the best decisions in maximizing your benefits.

 

Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite your reimbursement. We also encourage you to become familiar with your policy exclusions, deductibles and required co-payments. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.

 

Our courtesy service to you includes:

• Filling your insurance within 24 hours of your visit and requesting payment of your benefit to our office.

• Re-filing your insurance a second time within 60 days.

• Following the American Dental Association guidelines for coding procedures and filling insurance.

 

Our expectations of you as the owner of the policy:

• Realizing that dental insurance policies may restrict payment for some services, use restricted fee schedules (called “usual and customary” rates) AND may exclude some procedures based on the coverage you have. These restrictions are not based on our fees or recommended treatment.

• Payments of fees that are not covered by your insurance plan are due in full at the time the service is delivered.
