If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial Arrangements
Our dental fees are fair and reasonable. You are cordially invited to visit our office for a free consultation about the dentistry which you are considering. This is by appointment only so we may set time aside for you. Please call 845-297-3950 or e-mail wappingersdental@yahoo.com to schedule an appointment.
Charges for our services are due at the time of treatment. A recommended plan or options will be discussed with you. If the treatment requires multiple visits, a payment schedule or outside financing can be arranged.
Checks, cash, Discover, VISA and MasterCard, are accepted as payment. Please ask about our courtesy discount for senior citizens.
Dental insurance is intended to cover part of the cost of treatment, depending on the contract with your union or employer. You are responsible for the entire amount. If we know the percent and the deductibles, you will only have to pay your portion. Try to bring the insurance forms and booklet along on your first visit.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
